Collection of personal information

Genie is an on-demand personal assistance service that a customer can communicate with through Facebook Messenger, in the same way that a Facebook user can communicate with their friends.

A first contact between Genie and a client can only be initiated at the sole initiative of the client.

In the context of Genie's commercial activities, it may be required that the customer must provide his first and last names, address, telephone number and, depending on the nature of the transaction, a physical description of himself or of the recipient of the request.

Genie does not share, distribute, sell, give or otherwise trade any personal information to third parties, with or for remuneration except to the extent provided for the execution of the requests explained below.

Genie is not an information collection company and the only information communicated to persons related to Genie, whether they are employees, representatives, agents, assistants or others are for the purposes following:
